Q1. Can you briefly describe what is RobinHoodSwap. We would like to know more about it and how it works?

RobinHoodSwap is a DeFi platform that is split into two parts.
The first part is to provide users value, by allowing them to farm liquidity. This enables users to come in, understand what RobinhoodSwap is about, and then get to take part in its ecosystem.
After yield farming, RobinhoodSwap intends to launch several arms in order to facilitate the next stage — “giving”. The concept is that RobinhoodSwap will be giving users the opportunity to farm liquidity, and then use their earnings, in a small part, to give back to partner charity organizations.

RobinhoodSwap was founded not as an avenue for purely profit.
We as founders have already established a name in the Thai startup space, and we want to do something beyond just traditional for-profit businesses.
(you can see our first startup launched 6 years ago seekster.co — platform that is helping maids and technicians to get some job)
DeFi is the perfect platform for this goal of ours to give back as it provides an avenue for giving back with transparency via blockchain and efficiency to reach out throughout the world.
We see the space lack in tech and transparency so we want to tackle that via DeFi tools.

Q3. Could you please elaborate more about your tokenomics? What’s the total supply and what kind of plans do you have regarding the token unlocks in the future?

The actual tokenomics for RBH is really simple.
32,000,000 RBH max cap
88,888 initial liquidity.
0.2 RBH per block.
With such an emission rate, it will roughly take 14–15 years to reach maximum supply. 🙈
That being said, we do understand that by having a higher emission rate, would mean that we will be subject to high inflation.
As such, we are already planning to reduce our emission rate to encourage a healthy token economy.
with this emission rate as a daily constant — we are not a target for flash loan attacks as well

We have achieved a very amazing community. Unfortunately for us, as we are relatively new at this (less than a month😂),
we have somewhat reacted not as quickly to certain instances with regards to Robinhood as a platform.
Moving forward, we intend to establish an even stronger community and wider user base, as well as ensuring that we pay much closer attention to how we can better ourselves.
We have yet to achieve our $10,000,000 TVL, and we are working towards that. In effect, we are planning to launch our NFT marketplace in the near immediate future. (starting with an NFT Auction to raise funds for the children)
This NFT marketplace would encompass NFTs made from our partner organizations (and even temples), as well as art sourced from within our immense Thai community.
At the same time, our smart contract audits are also underway, and we are definitely looking at expanding our offerings and partnerships with non-profit organizations and the likes!

One of the biggest problem for a lot of DeFi & Farming projects seems to be that when farming starts, the price goes down because people unload to put liquidity into the farm. Will there be an incentive to hold #RobinhoodSwap and not just farm and dump?

I think at the beginning there were some people who did exactly that and we understand that it is not avoidable.
With that in mind, we are definitely still around, still putting in the effort and the necessary in order to get partnerships, and push out RBH as the go-to for yield farming while caring about what happens beyond this digital world.
As we venture into other aspects of the RobinhoodSwap ecosystem, we have also on-boarded vendors who have shown great interest in allowing RBH holders (who can prove their ownership via wallet balances etc.) to obtain small discounts in RobinhoodSwap partner stores.

- hotels and accommodations
- products and goods
Imagine showing your RBH balance to a partner cafe owner, and being recognized as a Robinhooder, and getting a discount for that.
We want to achieve a good name for Robinhooders as people who don’t just earn, but care as well.
these partners are those business owner that conduct business with the awareness of sustainability

We felt that pre-sale would be somewhat negative for our purposes.
We did not intend to allow formation of whales (even if they were early investors) early on, which would take away from the confidence of people that their investment with RBH will not be dumped on.
We provided liquidity with our own personal funds as we truly believe that we can marry the concept of earning while being able to do good via donations to legitimate and viable charity organizations.

Do you agree that the power of the community will lead your project to grow globally? DeFi world is growing very fast & becoming more competitive, what are your tricks to attract more community? do you have a good marketing team? What events do you prepare to attract investors?

Of course! We are nothing without our community. 💪
And with that being said, it is also why we leverage on DeFi. The purpose really is to ensure that we can reach out to as many people with our goals and ideals, and hope that they can appreciate what we are doing.
Of course, we are looking at increasing our visibility by ensuring that we constantly market and constantly engage with our community.
Our marketing team is small, but growing as we go along. As of now, we have plans that are still somewhat early in discussions. But in the immediate future, we will have a campaign to tie in with our NFT marketplace which will probably happen about a month or so from now. (might even be this month)
Preferably sooner, of course. But development takes time. 😅

One of the biggest fears is indeed hacks. But our smart contracts are simple and we are in the process of an audit.
We don’t provide any sort of leverage and we are purely a yield farm now,
so in that simple ecosystem, we are sure that we will leave no vectors for malicious hacks!

Do you have any plans to attract Non-crypto investors to Robinhood Swap . Because it is the success of a project to get more investors who are still not in the crypto world. What are the plans to increase awareness around your in non-crypto space?

There are a lot of plan for non-crypto investors in the pipeline as we believe in the potential and growth of it.
(and we are so familiar with traditional fundraising from our Startup experience)
At the same time, we believe that by introducing Robinhood to the world, that we will be able to attract people who are interested in blockchain, but too afraid to dip their toes in.
By tying up with traditional businesses and non-profit charitable organizations, we intend to spread the word of the ease of use and the versatility of crypto.
Also, I will be rolling out “educational materials” to bridge the non-crypto to the crypto world as well.
In the past years I’ve been giving lectures and conduct workshops in universities, now I could add one more curriculum to it. 🤓

We have an experience in “Tech-Startup business”
and also a very strong ties with “Non-profit Organization”
in which I haven’t seen any DeFi team has it
- we know how to rollout a product that user will use (and we already have got some user waiting in line)
- we have the right connection for Partnership + Media
where DeFi product itself will not fulfill the whole loop of business

for our weakness, it applied to most DeFi projects as well
“new in the market”
The technology is new and prone to error. We don’t know the limit and had enough info for the best practice yet.
That is why we keep it simple for now and making sure to step in the right direction.

There will be campaigns taking place to raise fund for vulnerable group (orphan or special child).
These fundraisings, we are working with influencers to spread the word to different community.
2. Donation gateway
RBH will provide Non-profit organization that is not equipped with the tech tools with
Website + Crypto donation gateway
This way, we will have each organization as our marketing node as well.
and for other product in the pipeline, we are designing it to be equipped with “Viral Marketing” approach.
